Recently, Dr. Liang Yanxue, the founder of WEIBUILD, accompanied Qi Ligang, Chief Engineer of China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau (CCEB8), and experts from the Engineering Research Institute such as Peng Jian, on a visit to China Construction Future Intelligent Manufacturing Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for an investigation into intelligent construction.

During the symposium, Qi Ligang attentively listened to presentations on the business layout, operational philosophy, and key project application strategies of Future Intelligent Manufacturing Company. He engaged in thorough discussions with attendees and expressed approval of the company's systematic approach to intelligent construction and its implementation results. He also supported the company’s development direction.

Qi Ligang provided guidance suggestions on exploring the comprehensive implementation of intelligent construction models from six aspects: collaboration between intelligent construction and design units, multi-machine coordination management, innovation in labor and commercial models, policy support from parent companies, contingency plans for process connection bottlenecks, and the cultivation and exploration of compound trades. He emphasized ensuring preventive measures throughout the construction process, recognizing priorities while exploring multiple paths and allocating corresponding resources, and accelerating the transformation and implementation of distinctive innovative technologies to create demonstration application scenarios within the bureau.

He pointed out that as an early explorer in the era of intelligent construction, Future Intelligent Manufacturing Company should enhance collaborative development with the headquarters of the bureau and Shanghai branch; as the first mixed-ownership reform enterprise within the bureau, it should strengthen communication and industrial division of labor with partner companies, undertake the mission of enterprise model innovation and technology innovation, talent cultivation, and brand image enhancement, providing strong support for high-quality corporate development.
